Imagine celebrating your love story in a modern-day castle surrounded by 130 acres of enchanted wilderness. A wedding at Hilltop isn't just a traditional wedding, over before it started, this is a fully immersive, three-night, storybook adventure for you and your loved ones. These memories will last lifetimes.
Our wedding package includes all four amenity-rich Hilltop properties for three nights, each within a short walking distance from one another. With 39 bedrooms and 53 beds, pricing includes sleeping accommodations for up to 92 of your guests. For your reception, up to 150 guests are allowed on property for up to eight hours of celebration. Pricing does not include food. We encourage you to start a conversation with our catering company to help you build a menu, however for our wedding package you can shop around for caterers.
Included with your wedding is a professional wedding planner who can help make your dreams a reality. She will help you in your choice of various ceremony and reception locations throughout the properties and how to best decorate them. She is partnered with local artisans and vendors to ensure every detail is perfect and your event goes smoothly.
Weddings are held during the seasons of Spring, Fall and Winter. We do not host weddings in June, July or August.
The package starts at $75,000. That is all four buildings for three nights — the same price whether you bring thirty guests or 92. The 92 is the ceiling on how many can stay, not a figure the price is multiplied by.
Everything your celebration can have brought in. It comes to whichever building you are in, and you book each one directly with whoever provides it.
Cuisine Rustique
Buffets brought to your building and set up and cleared for you: breakfasts, lunch bars, themed dinners — a medieval King's Banquet among them — and cocktail-hour platters.
Ernie
Ernie sets up a portable bar wherever you want it in your building and runs it for the evening, from the welcome drinks on.
Joe
Joe performs either as a show on the Castle's or the Mansion's theater stage, or as close-up magic among your guests.
Thaddeus
Thaddeus runs group games built to get people talking to each other: Family Feud, Jeopardy, murder mysteries and scavenger hunts.
The Outside Institute
Laura Chávez Silverman, a naturalist, leads walks through Hilltop's woods: the plants, the fungi, and what can be foraged without harming either.
