Hilltop Castle is the flagship property and the heart of the campus. Every one of its 18 bedrooms has a private bathroom, and the property anchors everything that makes Hilltop different from a standard retreat venue. The largest conference room on the grounds, the War Room, is here — with enough seating to accommodate your entire group, even if you've rented all four properties. Alongside it, a 72-seat theater with a 17-foot screen, a 4K projector, a stage, and full commercial audio-visual equipment. Address your team from the stage, run a presentation, or bring in an outside speaker — the room is built for it.
The Castle is also home to Legend of the Lost Kingdom — Hilltop's most unique team-building experience, and one you simply cannot get anywhere else. The Castle itself becomes the game. Teams are challenged to find twelve hidden rooms scattered throughout 30,000 sq ft Hilltop Castle, each concealing a clue, a challenge, or a piece of the legend. Teams split up, explore, communicate, and race to solve the mystery of the Lost Kingdom before the others do. No staff required, no facilitation needed — just your team, the Castle, and 60 to 90 minutes of the kind of shared adventure that no conference room exercise could ever replicate. This is an escape room experience at a scale no purpose-built venue could match, set inside an actual castle, on 130 private acres. There is nothing else like it.
Hilltop Mansion offers a 40-seat conference room and a 38-seat theater and presentation area — both with generous natural light and sweeping views of the Pocono Mountain landscape. The theater has a 17-foot screen, a stage, and the same full audio-visual setup as the Castle. Whether you're running breakout sessions, a company-wide presentation, or a leadership workshop, the Mansion gives you the space and the tools to do it right. Hilltop Mansion is perfect for the company team building retreat of 10-20 guests, and if you need to add more space, or a heated indoor pool, consider adding the Lodge and/or Farmhouse.
