The Kingfisher House, by Hilltop sits on 18 private acres with trails, a pool, and ensuite bathrooms in every bedroom.

General Information

  • Please be aware that once you have booked a Hilltop property there will be no refunds.

  • Yes, we allow up to three dogs per property. Dogs must be at least two years old and must be under 70lbs. We charge $250 per dog per stay.

  • Our wedding package includes all four Hilltop properties for three nights and starts at $75,000.

  • Yes

  • No outdoor music is allowed. Indoor music can be played at a reasonable volume. No DJ speakers are allowed on property without prior approval. Our property is located in a residential area and we respect the surrounding area.

  • Yes, professionally cleaned and pressed, hotel-quality linens are supplied. All beds are made prior to your arrival.

  • Yes, we supply bath towels and face cloths. We suggest you  bring towels for the pools.

  • No, we only supply an initial garbage in each property. We recommend bringing large contractor bags.

  • Yes

  • Somebody sells bundles of firewood onsite out of a shed for $10 a bundle. Bring cash as it’s on the honor system.

  • Someone will meet you upon arrival and provide you the door code.

  • Yes we offer mid-stay or daily housekeeping services upon request for an additional fee of $35 an hour per housekeeper with a minimum of two hours.

  • Smoking is not permitted indoors. If you smoke outside we ask that cigarette butts are properly disposed of and not discarded on the property.

  • There are two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. We suggest bringing additional toilet paper for bigger groups or longer stays.

  • Yes we have high speed wifi throughout the property.

Castle

  • We cannot guarantee it until a few days before arrival. If we can arrange an earlier check-in or later check-out, the cost is $150 per hour.

  • We have bedding for 44 guests.

  • We allow up to 60 guests, however we charge $150 per guest per night for any guest on property exceeding a total of 44 guests. We do not supply extra bedding.

  • The pools open approximately May 15th and close September 15th. These dates vary depending on the weather. Pools can be heated to 89 degrees for an additional charge of $400 per pool.

  • The deep ends are 5.5 feet deep.

  • Yes, to 89 degrees for $400 per pool. Most groups heat the middle pool only. Unheated pools vary in temperature

  • No, bath towels only. We suggest bringing pool towels.

  • There are directions onsite. It uses a Roku, so it’s user friendly and has all the streaming services. Yes, you can connect any device with an hdmi port.

  • 48 guests. More if needed.

  • Tower 1 and Tower 2 each have one king bed. Bedrooms 1 thru 6 and Bedrooms 9 thru 14 each have one queen bed. Bedroom 7 and Bedroom 15 each have four twin beds. Bedroom 8 and Bedroom 16 each have two queen beds. In total there are 26 beds in the Castle: 16 queen beds, 8 twin beds and 2 king beds.

  • The kitchen has standard pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, coffee mugs, coffee makers and toasters.

  • There are three single serve Keurigs and a three burner Bunn drip machine. There are coffee filters provided, but not pods or coffee grinds.

Mansion

  • We allow up to 36 guests, however we charge $150 per guest per night for any guest on property exceeding a total of 44 guests. We have 10 additional cots that can be set up for an additional fee.

  • There are directions onsite. It uses a Roku, so it’s user friendly and has all the streaming services. Yes, you can connect any device with an hdmi port.

  • It’s set for 28 but guests can arrange to seat more as needed. Extra chairs are onsite.

  • The pool opens approximately May 15th and closes September 15th. These dates vary depending on the weather. The pool can be heated to 89 degrees for an additional charge of $400 per 100 gallons of propane. 100 gallons of propane lasts roughly three nights depending on the time of the year.

  • The deep end is 9 feet.

  • Yes, for $400 per 100 gallons of propane the pool can be heated to 89 degrees. The unheated pool varies in temperature

  • The master suite has one king bed. Bedroom 2 has four twin beds (two bunk beds). Bedrooms 3 thru 8 and bedrooms 10 and 11 each have one queen bed. Bedroom 9 has two queen beds. There are 15 beds total in the mansion, one king, four twins and ten queens.

    • Bedroom 1 = private bathroom
